2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using F-Bar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
3. Description of Service
F-Bar is a macOS menu bar application that provides quick access to your Laravel Forge servers and sites. The service requires a valid subscription and an active internet connection to function.
4. Subscription & Payment
- F-Bar requires a paid subscription after the trial period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record
- Each subscription allows use on up to 3 devices
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application
- Maintain a valid Laravel Forge account and API token
6. Intellectual Property
F-Bar and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application.
7. Limitation of Liability
F-Bar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or any actions taken on your Laravel Forge account through this application.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or Paddle. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of F-Bar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application.
